1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By accessing, registering for, or using the s1win platform, you automatically agree to comply with all terms and conditions stated in this document and all referenced additional policies, including Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use s1win's services and must cease access to the platform immediately.

2. Player Eligibility

To use s1win's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

3. Account Registration and Management

During the registration process, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. False or misleading information will result in immediate account closure.

3.1 One Account Per Individual

Each individual is only permitted to open one account with s1win. Duplicate, clone, or collusion accounts will be closed without warning and all balances and winnings will be forfeited. This includes:

• Using a different name, email address, or phone number to open duplicate accounts
• Using a family member's account to bypass limits or restrictions
• Opening a new account after your existing account has been suspended or closed

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Any activity that occurs under your account is considered to have been carried out by you. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact the s1win support team immediately.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

6. Betting and Game Rules

• All sports bets are final once confirmed — no cancellations are permitted except in exceptional circumstances such as match cancellations
• If a match is postponed and not completed within 24 hours, the bet will be voided and funds returned
• S1win reserves the right to void or adjust any accepted bets based on technical errors or incorrectly displayed odds
• In-play (live) betting is subject to broadcast delays — s1win is not responsible for betting outcomes affected by broadcast time differences

6.2 Casino and Slot Games

• All casino and slot games use an independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure fairness
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, transactions that were fully completed before the disruption will be honoured

7. Prohibited Activities

8. Account Suspension and Closure

S1win reserves the right to suspend or close a player's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these terms and conditions
• Failed identity verification or inaccurate registration information
• Suspected activity related to fraud, money laundering, or collusion
• Requests from law enforcement agencies
• Inactive for more than 12 consecutive months

Players may also request self-closure of their account at any time through customer support. Any valid remaining balance will be returned to the player after verification is complete, provided no related term violations have occurred.

9. Limitation of Liability

S1win provides the platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no guarantee that services will be free from interruptions or errors at all times. To the extent permitted by law, s1win is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform
• Loss or damage caused by technical disruptions, server failures, or internet connectivity issues beyond s1win's control
• Errors or omissions in content or information provided on the platform
• Actions or omissions by third parties, including game providers, payment processors, or other service providers

S1win's maximum total liability to you under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount you have deposited in the 30 days prior to the claim.

10. Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
